Encompass History

The Encompass Group (Encompass) is a multidiscipline professional construction/engineering firm which is the formation of two companies Encompass Management Services LLC (Construction Services) and Encompass Engineering PLLC (Engineering Services).

Encompass Engineering PLLC , formed in 2005, is a Professional Limited Liability Company registered in New York State and serves as the engineering arm of the Encompass Group.

Encompass Management Services LLC , formed in 2008, is a Limited Liability Company registered in New York State and serves as the construction arm of the Encompass Group.

Encompass's corporate office is located in Tonawanda New York and is owned and managed by Terence M. Watters, P.E and David Guido. The diverse education and years of experience resulting in a strong cross collaboration of the owners provides a strong competitive advantage with our competition.

The Group's principal activities are to provide fundamental and innovative construction and engineering services behind a team which has a diverse background in these areas and is dedicated to providing integrated services to clients in a number of specialized focus areas including education, energy, government, and healthcare, industrial, and residential clients. Based on our experience and new opportunities, specialized fields will be considered in future growth.

The mission of Encompass is to provide integrated reliable consulting/construction services in the areas of construction management and design-build as well as energy auditing and conservation consulting to clients that include small to large businesses, public entities, individual private owners, and other organizations.
