The Avant Building is a 432,000 Square Feet, 15-story mixed-use building including Class A office space, a new Hilton Embassy Suites Hotel and 28 luxury condominiums. Covering an entire city block with a 24-hour vibrant vertical community in the heart of the Central Business District Avant is truly a jewel to the city as well as the skyline. Encompass Engineering provided Uniland Development Company with MEP/FP engineering services for a 10,000 Class A tenant fit out project on the ninth floor for a key tenant. The new systems, HVAC, Fire protection, Plumbing and Electrical, tied into the existing building infrastructure which is currently in operation.
